Our client is looking for a customer service agent who is familiar with deposit operations for the Kingsville location. On a daily basis a candidate will be responsible for providing customer service by calling customers who are either past due on their account or have a history of overdrafting to offer them new services.
A qualified candidate will have 3+ years of customer service experience and must also be familiar with unposted and NSF items, chargebacks, bank regulations, and balancing items. A clear background and drug screen are required. |
