Our client is seeking an HR Manager for their Corpus Christi, Tx location. On a daily basis, the HR Manager will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including administrating human resources policies and procedures in the areas of HR Information Systems, employee relations and training, benefits, compensation, organizational development and employment. The HR Manager will also be responsible for staffing the office, reviewing employee performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, administering employee training and counseling employees when necessary.
To qualify, applicants must have their PHR. A masters degree is preferred and applicants must have mastered all aspects of HR work.
